All new patients must have a full consultation to assess suitability for treatment. A booking fee of £40 applies and is non refundable. This is payment for the consultation. If you are booking a treatment, a booking fee also applies and is non refundable. The fee is to secure your slot in the diary and goes towards the ordering in of your product on prescription, so in these circumstances the cost will come off of your intended treatment but is non refundable.


Please do not book in for treatment if you have a major event eg wedding within 6 weeks of treatment. If you are unsure, please email the clinic before booking. There is never any pressure to have treatment on the day. Dr Hosier encourages all patients to go away and consider any treatment very carefully. If appropriate, treatment may go ahead at the consultation, but this is not guaranteed. At the consultation all risks and benefits of any intended treatment will be discussed. By agreeing to treatment and signing the consent form, you agree you have read and understood and agree to go ahead on that basis. You must not book fillers less than 2 weeks before any travel abroad or out of area. This is to allow for appropriate management, in the unlikely event that a complication should occur. You must be able to attend the clinic in person for a face to face assessment should an issue arise. Deposits will be requested to book treatments. This will be discussed at the time of booking. Forms will be sent out electronically, 4 days before your booked appointment. These forms must be filled out within 48 hours ahead of your appointment. Appointments will be cancelled without relevant forms. Use of the clinic’s phone number-We appreciate that many patients make initial contact using the clinic number-after this initial contact, please do not call or text regarding appointments or treatment. The clinic’s number is strictly for emergencies/ complication assessment only. Furthermore, information and discussions regarding treatments and aftercare form part of your medical record, and must be documented appropriate, which is via email. Please do however, feel free to message, as this is screened within clinic working hours. We appreciate your cooperation with this.


Appointment Cancellation 


When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. Products are frequently ordered in for individual needs. In order to assist the smooth and efficient running of our clinic, please email Dr. Hosier as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you inform us at least 48 in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours notice your booking fee will be lost. If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment please give the clinic as much notice as possible. Our goal at Visage Medical is to provide high quality care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, excessively late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only the running of the clinic, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments. For new patients’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new patient fee. We absolutely understand that life happens, and we will always try to be understanding, kind and professional- but unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate patients who frequently cancel or amend appointments. No shows will not be booked in again.


Refunds policy


Visage Medical offers no refunds under any circumstances. Dr Hosier uses high quality products and will assess each patient individually to create a bespoke treatment plan. Every effort is made to set realistic expectations from the outset. Results, reactions, side effects, longevity of result, complications and perceived outcome varies from patient to patient. Often, patients will need repeat treatments gradually over a period of time to work towards their goal. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your results, for any reason, Dr Hosier is always on hand to discuss this with you, and will of course help you in whatever way is necessary. Thank you for your understanding- we do not wish to enforce such terms, but the clinic is very busy, and this assists us to better care for our patients and put all of our time into positive patient outcomes.
